Experience: 15 – 20 years in Tool Room / Injection Mould / Plastic industry

Job Description: Managerial Skills, Injection Mould design Conceptual skills, Auto CAD Drafting & Assembling, Core & Cavity extraction through design software, Skilled in latest design software such as Pro-e, UG-NX4, Mould Flow Knowledge, including Machining Hard alloy Steel jobs on Conventional Machining & CNC Machine such as CNC Milling / EDM / Wire cut etc. Good communication & Team Building Skills.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mech) / PDTD / PGDTD / PDPMT

Experience: 8 to 10 years in Designs of Injection Moulds from Injection Moulds industry

Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Designs

Job Description: Injection Mould design Conceptual skills, Auto CAD Drafting & Assembling, Core & Cavity extraction through design software, Skilled in latest design software such as Pro-e, UG-NX4, CREO, Mould Flow Knowledge, including Machining Hard alloy Steel jobs on Conventional Machining & CNC Machine such as CNC Milling / EDM / Wire cut etc. Good communication skills & Team Building Skills.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mech) / PDTD / PGDTD / PDPMT

Experience: 4 to 8 years in Designs of Injection Moulds from Injection Moulds industry

Job Title: Dy. Manager / Assistant Manager – Production / Operations

Job Description: Contract Manufacturing, achieve 40 million parts per annum production, Good communication, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Team and people management

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mech) / DME

Experience: 8 to 15 Years in Plastic industry (Mass production)

Job Title: Engineer / Jr. Engineer - Q.A.

Job Description: Vital: Must have exposure in Read and Write Drawings, Skilled in usage of Measuring instruments viz., Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Bevel Protractor, Slip Gauges. Essential: Profile Projector, CMM M/c Operating Skills, Micro scope, Sine bar, Hardness Testing, etc. Desirable: Test Reports, Raw material Properties & Test Report etc. Basic awareness about Calibration, Top defects, Problem Solving Tools. SPC, Control Charts, MSA / GR & R, ISO awareness, 5S.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mech) / DME

Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Mass production units in Plastic industry (Assembly, troubleshooting)

Job Title: Engineer / Jr. Engineer – Production

Job Description: Automation, Mass production, Machine setting, achieving production targets of 20 Million parts per annum.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mech) / DME

Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Plastic industry (Mass production)
